I understand why this was marked down so much.
USB-C, but no fast charging. It seems to be limited to 5V/4.2A, and since it doesn’t say otherwise, that’s spread across all 4 USB ports. Somebody wasn’t thinking during the design, or was hoping to catch the unwary. Properly done, that setup with the 3 AC ports on the back could’ve been excellent, but it’s so underpowered as to be not worth even this price.
Just logged in to say the same. This wasn’t even worth the $19.99 i paid for it. Oh well. You win some and you lose some.

This looks very similar to the Anker 525 which DOES provide mucho power if you only use one, or two, USB-C ports. I like the Anker so much I bought two. (Used Like New fr Amazon generally gets a primo unit fr Anker.)
