Bought this back in June. A couple weeks ago the screen went blank and will not come back on. Tried sending messages on company support site, no response. Beware.

Try using the live chat on their site during business hours. When my screen went blank they replaced my aerogarden. Another areogarden I bought direct from them had a defective part, they replaced that with no issues as well.

I found one of these on Clearance at Macy’s in the May timeframe for $40, free shipping. All of the starter seeds were labeled expired, but they all sprouted!

That’s a killer deal! I think it’s a great deal at 60 bucks, but that is like used craigslist prices, heh.

I too have had some issues with Aerogarden lack of customer support. It’s a bit lacking. Where is this shat window on aerogarden.com you speakth of? I can’t find it anywhere.

During their business hours, a little pop up will appear on the bottom right hand side. It looks like a chat icon with three dots inside it. Click that and it takes you to the live chat.

I do think the QC isn’t great and haven’t had much luck talking to a human so far - but I did have a bad seed pod that didn’t sprout and they replaced it quickly on warranty.

Received today. Looks like it’s new, but there were no seed pods or liquid nutrient in the box.

Was it in a retail box? Bummer.

I got a “new” Foodsaver a few weeks ago that came in a brown box, refurb style with a scratch on the front of it. Hoping when I receive this, it’s really New.

Woot would probably give you a partial refund if you asked.

Aerogarden stands behind their products. Give a call or email. Betting they will relace missing items.

Got really excited the other day when I got a tracking number and saw that the item was picked up (by Amazon) at the local Amazon fulfillment center (red mark on the map) that’s maybe 4 miles from my house and the same center where most of my orders come from.

Twelve hours later, the tracking changed to show that the package was sent out of state and has been stuck at a shipping partner’s (Amazon) location that’s 4 1/2 hours away from here (the black line on the map). No tracking updates for two days now.

This is just laughable and stupid now. My package arrived in Tennessee.

I grabbed up one at this price, but it is a shame that Aerogarden does not include the seed starter kit with these models. At 12" maximum height these are best for starting plants to transfer to a garden or to a larger system like the Harvest XL. The seed starter kits seem way overpriced as an separate accessory.
