The kindle I purchased started having issues with parts of the e-ink not changing until I reboot the device. Page turns doesn’t make the pixels change. I emailed support and they replied with options. I replied but haven’t heard back from them yet. How do I follow up on the email question they asked me? Are the replied monitored?
