I purchased an item that came with a 3 year azon warranty. If I have an issue an need to contact Amazon what order number will I provide? Should I expect Amazon to recognize a Woot order number?
Hi there. Yes, you’d reach out to Amazon. When they ask for proof of purchase, you can print out your order details. They should recognize Woot but it can vary rep to rep.
Let us know if you have issues by reaching out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
