This is a pretty good price. I paid $180 more for the same thing on here 5 months ago.

Is this refurbished by apple?
You can be pretty certain that it has not based upon the fact that it is listed with a condition of simply “Refurbished” and it comes with a “Woot 90-day Limited Warranty”,
More than likely it has gone through some form of “refurbishment” by a third-party reseller/vendor and is not eligible for Apple Care.
One would need to purchase an extended warranty through Asurion if one desired coverage beyond 90-days.
Thanks. Based on another woot thread there seems to be the possibility these units are apple refurbished but do not carry a 1 year warranty (as is).
I’m wondering if the staff can clarify if these are refurbished by apple.

“ Hi there. Apple likes to not honor their warranty when bought from Woot even though we’re part of Amazon. Therefore, we advertise it with a 90d Woot warranty.”
What sort of battery life/cycles can we expect?
