Got mine this morning. In an Amazon Premium Renewed box. By all appearances, “like new” with new ear tips, brand new Apple woven USB-C cable in original Apple “cable wrap” packaging. (\o/ Yippee another Apple woven cable! ) Working great, case was at 35% charge. Zero “ick factor.” (N.B. the AirPod Pro tips are fully washable, and the buds can be cleaned easily. Not like the old Apple flat “UFO” ear buds.)
According to the Settings, AirPods details, they have about 60 days of Apple warranty listed, which is great. Nice!
Great timing, Woot, I was using my primary pair Thursday, couple of phone calls, then a 2hr Board meeting, and they ran out of juice. Scrambled to find my wired EarPods, but it will be handy to simply switch to new AirPods. (Also handy to have a pair in my home office, and 2nd pair downstairs. No more running up stairs to find some.) … Ordered Elago charging case cover and ear loops for the new pair. 
@xenic Actually, it’s recommended that you wash your toothbrush with some hot water & gentle antibacterial soap once a week or so. I use diluted Dr Bronner’s Sal Suds (mixed with distilled water for my eyeglasses), rinses out easy pz. Toilet bowl water ought to be clean (depending on how often you scrub it), but I grok the subconscious reaction. Personal use items like earbud tips, watch straps, toothbrushes, gloves(?) can be cleaned but doesn’t mean your 
doesn’t know that someone else has been in contact.
