Took the plunge on these and have used for a few days. Couple notes:
They were full of earwax and needed a lot of cleaning. I used lens alcohol wipes and putty to clean them out.
They are fully functioning and I haven’t had an issue with battery life.
Cosmetically, my case has many shallow tiny scratches as if someone kept them in their keys pocket. The ear buds try themselves were fine once the brain gravy was cleaned out.
Final thoughts: these are 179.99 new at the time of writing this off of Amazon. They were close to msrp when I bought them off of woot. The real question is are you willing to be paid 20 bucks to clean earwax?
