Please don’t laugh, but I’ve never purchased a phone outside of the phone store… .Is this compatible with the T Mobile network? Does fully unlocked mean that it can work on any network?

You can likely set it up yourself but I’ve never heard of a mobile company refusing to help customers with their phones. I mean, if they don’t you’d take your account elsewhere so they have everything to lose.
Couple of questions on the grading here…
What does “Grade A” refurb actually mean? Do you have a key somewhere that explains what the grades are and what to expect from a Grade A vs. other grades?
