Do NOT BUY A REFURBISHED PHONE FROM WOOT. I received a phone and I can only hear on speaker. They lied to me about the warranty and gave me the runaround. Stay clear or you will be sorry. Also you will never be able to talk to a real person they tell you to go through the steps to get to the number . I ent through the steps multiple times even emailed and never got anyone. I am talking to my credit card company and trying to get a refund for fraudulent practices

Quite bizarre. I’ve always had great experiences with customer service.
Make sure to write down the tracking # for the label they gave you so you be sure it gets delivered.
Maybe a week [give or take a day or 2] Woot was selling refurbished Apple phones and, regrettably, although I forget the specific model number [Apple 12/13ish, etc] being sold at the time - I do specifically recall it was clearly and fiercely promoted as a grade A refurbished phones and noted in the chat[ter] as having 90% battery life - a vendor negotiated detail that was forgotten to be included in original post.
What grade refurbishment are these iPhone 12 minis given/ considered to be?
