Does anyone have any experience in purchasing a refurbished iPhone 13 Mini here on Woot? If so, did you run into any issues or had a good experience with the iPhone Mini you bought? Thanks in advance!
I’ll let you know. I just literally purchased a scratch and dent 512gb 13 mini JUST TO SEE WHAT THEY SEND. If i’m disappointed I’ll send right back. I’ve been tracking on Woot for a year and mt curiosity over took me.
My family are mostly all fans of the Mini phones, so only a few of us have moved on, and others keeping getting refurbished Minis… But I have bought one here on Woot in 2024, and one as an Amazon Certified Renewed back at the end of 2023 that I can use as examples.
The Amazon renewed came with slightly less battery (92%), but it hasn’t degraded much at all since then, and it’s my wife’s daily driver device. The thing of note is that it came in fantastic packaging, and felt very premium. The accessories were all well labeled and actually usable.
The Woot one was my daily driver for a couple of months, before we had to shift devices around, and it ended up with my brother. It came in VERY generic packaging, which literally looked like it could have been some cheap Nokia knock-off burner phone. But, the condition was spectacular - Cosmetically, it was in better shape than our other purchase, and the battery was showing 96% capacity. If you don’t mind the weird, generic box, and branding of accessories looking like the cheapest Chinese e-waste out there, the actual phone was in great shape for how old this discontinued model is… I literally dumped the accessories, and used other things that I trust to not shock me, or burn the house down.
I miss my Mini, and given the market, any refurbished option will be a gamble. But I’ve largely had good luck with the refurb vendors from Woot, including one of this iPhone 13 Mini less than a year ago.
