I’m not thinking this is a deal - this one went for $389.99.

In my opinion, one year less warranty is worth the extra 5% of battery.

Any info on who refurbished these? Also, are they eligible for the Asurion coverage through Amazon?

I’m just worried at at 80% battery life, it might pop below 80% on day 2. If there was a third-party repair that will result in Apple refusing to work on the phone, I don’t want to be stuck with a dying brick and no hopes of future repairs.

But the battery following its normal life and depleting to the point it needs to be replaced isn’t a defect, is it? I can’t imagine the warranty could actually cover the normal course of the battery dying and then not being able to get Apple to service it?
