I ordered the 13 pro 1TB listed as “Graphite - 1” and just got it a few hours ago. The device is flawless, not a single micro scratch on it. My battery is 100% and honestly it looks to be brand new. My model number started with an N, for those that track the differences between N and F (N is an Apple Replacement device and F is for apple refurbished), so I’m fairly certain it hasn’t been used before. Your milage may vary.
Thanks for the feedback! Glad it lived up to the hype our source gave it.
I just got mine 13 pro 512G, and the battery is 85%, pretty disappointed that it’s not as described has at least 90% battery life

Great to hear. My 512GB is due to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Keeping my fingers crossed, but now I’m wondering (after reading the report from Wooter851296260) if I would have increased my chances of getting a new one if I had ordered the 1TB version. Lol, the things we go through to save a few bucks. Enjoy your new iPhone!
I have ordered 512GB graphite colour and the phone looks brand new with no scratches, dents and also the battery health-is 100%. My model number started with M (which means phone is purchased from apple and used). Additionally the phone came with in built in privacy screen.
I ordered the 13 pro1TB green and received it last week . Phone is NOT in pristine like-new condition like the ad stated. When I opened the box I initially thought the phone was new but then realized the screen had a screen protector which I proceeded to remove and discovered the screen had scratches all over it which explain why they put the screen protector. Battery health is 100% and the back of the phone has no scratches. There is a small dent on the frame. I checked the warranty status on the Apple website and it is showing Coverage expired and Purchase Date: April 1978. Very disappointed with this purchase to be honest and the fact they tried to hide scratches on the screen installing a screen protector really bothered me.
Sorry that you’re unhappy.
Please feel free to contact CS as noted here, if you’d like to set up a return.

1978?
Woot has certainly declined since its early days… “These phones were refurbished by Apple” is apparently not true but unfortunately I ordered before the comments began. The 512GB iPhone 13 Pro I received had a screen protector in an attempt to cover scratches on the screen (as someone else reported). I removed the protector because there was a hair stuck underneath. There are a couple of minor scratches on the metal but not as bothersome as the one on the screen. I have purchased several Apple Refurbished products and they were always in pristine condition. To add to insult, the “PhoneCheck” sticker reads “Battery:100” but Battery Health shows 97%
Hello. We gave further descriptions here:
Apple iPhone 13 Pro (Fully Unlocked) (Apple Black Box Refurbished) - #15 by ThunderThighs

Apple iPhone 13 Pro (Fully Unlocked) (Apple Black Box Refurbished) - #15 by ThunderThighs was posted after I had already ordered. It is dishonest to misrepresent the items you’re selling. “These phones were refurbished by Apple” remains untrue and your further descriptions should have been in the original item description, not embedded within a discussion thread.
They are refurbished by Apple. Where does it say that it’s not. It’s refurbished by them and rated as “Black Box”.
Again, reach out to customer service.
“Apple Black Box Refurbished” is what we’re naming this grade of product on Woot for the moment to distinguish it from our other refurbished phone deals and to try and convey the higher quality of product we hope it represents (see images below). Do let us know your feedback if you end up buying one.
I’ve already contacted support but no response as of yet. My feedback is that Apple did not refurbish anything. As you mention, these might be returns they choose not to refurbish and sell as certified. Apple refurbishment always includes a battery replacement, everyone knows that. The battery life should have been the first warning but since you clearly stated “pristine like-new condition” in the details, and the price was good, I ordered… caveat emptor
I took a chance and ordered this phone. The 512g Graphite model. it said “Black Box refurbished” and not “Apple Black Box refurbished”. Are these two different grades?
Battery note was in the bright gold box at the top of the features.
Battery life is not my gripe, as I know the capacity of a battery will start decreasing after just a few months even if the phone were brand new… I read the bright gold box and figured anything over 90% would be fine.
The bigger point, which you’re not highlighting, is that a scratched screen is not what you can call “pristine like-new condition.” The screen protector they installed to hide the scratch might have been pristine had it not been for the piece of hair that was stuck underneath which made me take a closer look.
Ordered 2 phones (1 TB size) Graphite & Green and received them today.
Shipper is “Innovation” from Florida.
Battery on both the phones is at 100%
No visible scratches on the Graphite model but there are a few on the Green model screen.
Manufacturing Date: April 1, 1978.
On further researching online regarding the date . It’s seems like these are new devices that are returned to Apple within the return window, or trade-in devices. The phones that I received look too new to refurb. Apple categorized them as “as-is” devices and put 1978 date to nullify the warranty. So basically it’s not refurbished by Apple which carries one year warranty.
I am planning to keep the graphite one and going to reach out to support regarding the green model.
Hope this helps.
Tried using an e sim on my device through AT&t but the data won’t work anyone else having issues?
Adding another data point on my experience, for those that are curious. Ordered the Graphite 512 gb. The device I got is indeed in pristine condition all around. A screen protector was applied, and I’m reluctant to take it off in case there are scratches underneath like another person has noted.
Took a look at the settings. 100% battery health here. Model number starts with M. Warranty coverage has expired. Device repair history shows genuine replacement of display, camera, TrueDepth camera, and battery. I suspect the device I got had some problems in an earlier life, but so far testing the camera, display, and Face ID, they all seem to work well.
Overall I’m happy with the purchase and quality of device received! Thanks!
