I’m not sure why I bought this but here I am
I wanna order one, could you tell me What was the condition? Battery percentage? Did it came with retail box? Is it refurbished or open box?
All of those questions are answered in the large orange box on the sale page.
It has not arrived yet, my apologies
Did Apple refurbished this iPhone 13 Pro Max? Also, I was wondering if this iPhone 13 Pro Max comes with genuine Apple parts (camera, display, and battery)?
Any necessary maintenance or parts replacement was done by Apple, utilizing authentic Apple components, before they were then shipped to our vendor and then on to you the Woot customer.
Interesting things when the phone arrived.
Arrived in a white box, not a black box. Also a pretty good visible scratch on the screen. There was a screen protector applied already which was odd but the scratch was indeed under the screen protector and on the screen. Wee disappointed since the description is “These phones were expertly refurbished and are in pristine like-new condition, with NO visible scratches, dents, or dings.”.

Appreciate it, I reached out but may need to follow up with wanting a return. Thank you as always!
Mine arrived today in a white box too. Mine is perfect! I’m super happy with the 100% battery health status. I had a bit of a challenge with Verizon on chat getting up and activated (going from an old iPhone XR) but I got it and all together I am very pleased with this deal. I found a similar item on Amazon for a lot more money, Woot has saved me big money over time. Thanks!
Anyone else receive theirs yet? I have one on the way, will post up how it is.
Looks two someone else received theirs but it was in better condition. Be sure to check for scratches under the pre-applied screen protector. It is not supposed to have any damage at all
Got mine yesterday, wanted to give it a day to go thru it and check it out. Phone is in perfect condition. No scratches anywhere. Only thing that doesn’t go with the description is the battery life, it’s at 93%. Not really bad enough to me to complain much. It’s a nice phone.
Mine came at 91% battery capacity? Did anyone else come below 95%?
Mine has scratches along the edges. And their screen protector is damaged in a couple spots. More importantly its battery capacity was less than what was advertised.
I messaged woot to see what they think about the capacity.
I was not paying close enough attention and did not realize that it had a preinstalled screen protector, so I applied my own Otterbox screen protector on top of the preinstalled one. My Otterbox Defender case said “no” when I tried to put it on. It is a good thing I bought two Otterbox screen protectors from Amazon, in case I messed up applying the first one (which I did). I ended up taking the preinstalled one off along with the wrecked first Otterbox screen protector, so I got a really good look at the bare screen. Mine is perfect in every way, 100% battery health and zero defects so far. I would be disappointed though if my battery life came in below 95% as advertised. Maybe I just got lucky? I am very excited to have a new phone, coming from an iPhone Xr 64Gb.
Since I do use the belt clip with my Otterbox Defender case, I was paranoid about the back camera and put a protector on that too. It hasn’t messed up my photos in any way either. This is a picture I took here the day before yesterday with it.
I noticed in the one year warranty that is says something about it not being covered if I got damage from an aftermarket charging cube so I bought a 20 watt Apple charging cube here on Woot too. It might be a good idea to download that warranty pdf in case of future issues, it has the email address to contact for warranty issues.
I’d recommend returning it honestly
