Could someone update how the condition of the phone is once they receive it ?
What is the return policy on this phone? If I receive one in bad condition will I be able to return?

I was completely shocked and disappointed with the condition my iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived in. Customer support has been terrible so far, with minimal communication, and no resolution in sight. I have attached photos of how the phone arrived. This was supposed to be a gift for my spouse. Not happy at all!
Hi there. I’m sorry for the condition. There’s no order on the account your posting from. Make sure that when you reach out to customer service, you do so from the account where the purchase was made. They can only respond to the account/email associated with the purchase.
Side of the phone are heavily scratched, fortunately with case on it’s not noticeable. Battery is at 88%. Was expecting better from “Grade A”
Darn it. I was ready to buy for my Luddite sister.
I got this in graphite green 128GB. The screen and back are completely unscratched but the sides have a few scuffs on parts of all 4 sides, but I don’t mind because I always use cases for my phones so I won’t see them. The battery is at 88%, I will change the battery in the future if need be. The color matches the new apple watch 7 I also bought in green from Woot (also a good deal). it was shipped from within NJ so it got to me 2 days after it was shipped but the box was badly dented. If it had traveled far I’m sure it could have arrived in the awful condition the buyer above received theirs. I took it to an apple store and it doesn’t seem to have any non-apple parts. The 1 year warranty is similar to what I would get from a new iPhone so for me, I’m good with this deal.
The screen has a lot of heavy deep scratches and the top left and right side are too.
