Can this be returned if it’s not in satisfactory condition?
Yup.
Hi there, below is a link to Woot’s return policy.

(Please Note: I’m not employed by Woot, but I volunteer to help in the forums.)
What is your definition of satisfactory condition?
I think it can vary from person to person. I’ve bought 6 iPhones from Woot! going back to an iPhone 7 in 2019. It’s been my experience that the newer the model is at the time of my purchase, the less chance that it will be less than satisfactory for my standards.
Speaking specifically of recent SE 2020 phones, the first I bought in September 2022. I’m typing this on it and it has been a great phone, but of course as my main phone, it gets used a lot and the battery health is below 80% now. The other was purchased more recently and was in great condition but had less battery health than promised. I returned it to Woot! for a full refund.
I’ve had better luck with the SE 2022 models. I’ve bought 3 of them. I just love the home button. There’s talk that these might be the last to have it. Also because these have 5g, they are a better choice for me. They were all well over the promised battery health and only one had noticeable tiny imperfections in the paint. I use the soft TPU cases and dust or sand gets in there and within a year they all look like that anyway, so it’s not a big deal for me. Screens have all been flawless or almost flawless.
As an aside, I’m not buying anymore phones that aren’t capable of 5g, so I’m not buying anymore SE 2020 phones. I recently started traveling a lot and rely more on phone data over home WiFi.
Woot! offers pretty decent deals on the SE 2022 phones from time to time. Right now they are running in the neighborhood of $210-230, but that 5g, (even though it’s not wide band) more RAM, etc make it worth it in my opinion. The forums are helpful for those times they are not advertised on the main page.
I see questions similar to yours and I always think I should chime in. Because this was offered on the main page, I know more people will see it. I hope this is helpful to other Wooters!
Edit to correct some info on purchase dates and clarify some things.
Awesome post! So this is the 2020 model and not the 2022 model?
My home button finger print reader didn’t work, I was able to return it. The condition itself is a little humiliating tho lol. Personally I don’t beat up my phone as much as that phone…
