finally got this set up last night,and all seems to be working well.

Im using my iPad to go through the advanced settings, setting up email and schedule, but then I noticed my buttons are different. The guide lists: Network, Remove Access, User, E-Mail, Alarm, Schedule, Motion Detection, FTP, and Auto Capture.

I’m missing Motion Detection and FTP, but have Remote Storage in stead. Is this because I’m on an iPad?

Edited to Update: once I got home and logged on to my pc, I got all the buttons I expected.

Now, my problem is, when I click Motion Detection and check Window 1, it’s supposed to draw a square on screen. I’m supposed to place/size that box for where to monitor for motion. Any ideas why or how to get that box?

Got past the motion detection issue, sort of…

I logged on the the camera settings using my work laptop (before connecting to VPN). When I went to motion detection, clicked window 1, and got the box. Great.

But why can’t I do that on my home computer? Home is on windows 7; work is windows xp. Is there a setting I should look for?

Otherwise, I’m very happy with the camera. Image quality is fine, motion sensitivity is good, setup (besides this issue) was very easy.
