Battle Ground Slide Wireless Mobile Gaming Controller

Battle Ground Slide Wireless Mobile Gaming Controller

Junk. Sounded like a plastic baby rattle, fresh out of the box.

No instructions. A card with QR code connects to a website with a pretty picture, and nothing more than links to Altec Lansing’s twitter and facebook.

Battery appeared to be charged, so I tried to get it working. Failed, so I would try the next morning.

Charged it overnight. Figured out how to connect via Bluetooth to an iPhone 12. Phone sees it as a Bluetooth device that is connected. Still nothing worked, except the LEDs on the controller. PUBG, Diablo, 2 different game controller test apps….nothing happens when you mash buttons or move sticks.

Save yourself the hassle of a return, or a trip to the nearest garbage can.

DO NOT BUY THIS.

Here is a review that is on YouTube. Sounds like the buttons worked on his, but was not satisfied with the performance of the triggers or functionality of the “clamp”.

Sorry for the dud. Make sure you reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Never actually tried returning stuff to woot, before. The stuff I buy isn’t ever impressive, but it usually lives up to it’s promises for at least a few hours…

The return process has been smooth so far. And I just saw an email for the refund.

THANKS, WOOT!
