Is the hood removable?
Is any info available about roughly how long the heat will last at different settings? Like if I used my 10000mAh powerbank, would I get one hour on the lowest setting, or ten hours? It’s really hard to know how useful this would be without some ballpark number.
At full power, how many watts are needed?

The hood is removable, and it needs 10 Watts.
The length of use would be dependent on the capacity of the power bank being used. Power bank is not included.

That’s… obvious and not useful? Are there any examples of how long a 5000 mAH or 10000 mAH power bank would last? We need some benchmark.

Considering the obviously stupid reply to the length of time the power bank(WHICH IS NOT PROVIDED) will heat the vest, I will assume it is extremely short otherwise this critical question would be clearly answered with examples rather than EVADED

You will have to find one with no more than 10000 mah. The 4000 one may not give a lot of power (length of time) for usage.
A review on Amazon indicated maybe 3 hrs or more with a 10000 power pack if that is helpful.
Just got mine, the hood is removable. Got it for my wife. The small fits me like a medium (I usually wear a large - M6’170). No runtime info but it does get warm. She likes it.
