Ordered these. Came in the original box with accessories. They seemed brand new. A steal at this price.

“True Wireless” earbuds that don’t support wireless charging? Shame on me for not checking, but based on that description I guess I thought I shouldn’t have to.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I read through the product description multiple times. And I don’t see anywhere the possibility of an entire earbud missing. Is this normal?

FWIW, I ordered a pair of Beats Fit Pro Grade A refurbished from Woot, which had the same 1 year eReplacements warranty. Came in the original box, which was somewhat worn, but the interior was pristine and the earbuds and tips were new or like new. Very happy with that purchase and would imagine and hope this will be similar.

I’m having issues pairing my earbuds with my phone. It doesn’t come up showing Beats. Has anyone had this issue?
