Don’t get me wrong: i love me some Chick-Fil-a spicy chicken sandwich BUT the Ch’King sandwich at Burger King is better!

Chic Fil A is pretty good, but it’s a $6 toll and 20 mile drive to go there. Then, the line is always long.
I suppose the Wendys spicy one is OK otherwise (don’t tell Wooster).

I do not eat fried foods. I miss fried chicken the most. My grandma had this cast iron skillet and fried chicken. It was a labor of love. Now I miss my Grandma and fried chicken.

You might try turbo broiling. Done right it is like frying with a crispy skin but without added oils.
Over done and you can resole your shoes. Win-Win !
Seriously, try broiling salmon skin. Some ethnic food markets such as Korean grocers have it for good prices. Maybe 6 inch from 400 degree heat: 3-4 min one side. Turn. 3 min other side at 300 degrees. Done. May need to experiment with times a tad depending on distance from heat. Light sprinkle of soy, a green onion garnish, add to fav salad. Good omega three oils, slight crunch, flavorful. Low guilt; high yum.

I can see that. I sometime order it with no butter on the bun but then add mayo. Different strokes and all that.

Let me just say that my local Wendy’s left a bad taste in my mouth.
I worked in food service… trust me this is not even close to being the worse thing I’ve seen in the kitchens.
