Well, something isn’t right. The pool I was sent doesn’t have the filter as shown in the pictures. Reaching out to CS.
What does the side of the box look like?
Says included, but I don’t see how it’d fit in the box… interesting, Amazon pages have pictures of the pool with pump hooked up. I assume this came from a listing where there were multiple options. (with / without pump)
Bottom line is you didn’t get the box pictured even though there was no mention of pump being included in the specs.
Nowhere on the box does it show the filter. I’m not opening it because I’ll never get it squashed back down inside. It’s packed up and ready to be yeeted back.
And with no linked reviews or item# listed you’ve kinda got to go by the pictures. Especially that one of the filter lol.
I’ll ping the team so they can follow up with the vendor.
