3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins on July 13, 2026 at 12:00pm CT and ends on July 27, 2026 at 12:00pm CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

**How to Enter**. During the Giveaway Period, you must log-in to your Woot account and access THIS thread on Woot.com (“Giveaway Thread”).

Giveaway participation requires (i) access to the internet; and (ii) a valid Woot or Amazon account. It is free to sign up for an account. Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or mobile service provider(s) may apply.
Upon completing the required steps, you will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Giveaway. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Entries received in excess of this limit will be disqualified. Any attempt by an individual to submit more than the stated number of Entries may result in disqualification. All winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded (each a “Potential Winner” until verified). Posts outside of the Giveaway Thread do not constitute valid Entries. Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Woot or Amazon account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an account by Sponsor. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive social media handle will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All information or steps required by these Official Rules must be completed and provided to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified.
Entries, comments and content submitted or uploaded to Woot.com, any or other public sites in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, “Content Submissions”) may not contain, depict or show any content that: (i) is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, obscene; (ii) promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; (iii) defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor or other companies; (iv) contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), e-mail addresses or street addresses for any person other than entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than an entrant; (v) communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and good will of Sponsor’s brand; and/or (vi) violates any law. 5. Selection of Winners. Five (5) Potential Winners will be selected to win a Prize in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The drawing will be held on or about July 27, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR WHOSE DECISIONS IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
One (1) Prize per person. Potential Winners will be notified via the e-mail address associated with the Woot! account used to submit the Entry. This e-mail address may differ from the e-mail address associated with the Amazon.com account used to log in to Woot.com. Except where legally prohibited, If applicable: each Potential Winner will also be required to provide a valid U.S. postal address where the Prize can be shipped.
Failure to respond to the attempted notification detailed above within two (2) business days, to complete the online tax interview within two (2) business days of receipt, or to comply with any other provision herein may result in the Potential Winner being disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-rewarded.
Once a Potential Winner has complied with all of the conditions herein, and his/her eligibility has been verified, he/she will be declared an official “Winner” of the Giveaway.
6. Prizes. Five (5) Winners shall be awarded the Prize (“Prize”), which consists of one (1) Woot coupon code with a maximum total value of two thousand two hundred dollars ($2,200 USD). The coupon code may be redeemed in up to ten (10) separate transactions, with each redemption generating a coupon for up to two hundred twenty dollars ($220 USD) off of that transaction.
If the total purchase amount for any transaction is less than two hundred twenty dollars ($220 USD), any unused portion of the applicable coupon will be forfeited and will not carry over or otherwise remain available for future use.
The coupon code and all generated coupons expire on December 30, 2026, and any unused value as of that date will be forfeited. If you return any items purchased with a coupon generated via the coupon code, the coupon’s discount or value will be subtracted from the refund you receive. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is two thousand two hundred dollars ($2,200 USD). Total ARV for Giveaway: eleven thousand dollars ($11,000 USD).
All applicable federal, state, and local tax liabilities, fees, and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions, at its sole discretion.
If a Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unable to be awarded for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or components thereof.
Awarding of a Prize is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of all requisite conditions within these Official Rules and Winner’s ability and agreement to grant the rights set forth in these Official Rules and execute the required documentation (if any is required). By accepting a Prize, the Winner acknowledges and affirms compliance with these Official Rules.
7. General Conditions. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Limitation of Liability; Releases. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Giveaway Entities in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.
By entering theGiveaway, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts ofKingCounty,Washington, United States and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
