*assuming I can actually get out of the VoP at some point today. It isn’t looking promising.
They were definitely not excluded from the contest if they had a previous BOC win that had been within 31 days, so I would assume it would go forward to the next BOC also.
It’s my understanding the Contest BOC’s have their own (unrelated) rules.
But I could be wrong…
