I have a “thing” for floor cleaning equipment. This vacuum/steam mop is the real deal. Saves time because you can clean your floors in one step. Love the low temp steam setting for my laminate floors, which are dry in a minute.

I wouldn’t trust Woot for this! I bought a brand new Black & Decker steam mop and I couldn’t get water to flow at all. I asked for a refund and they gave me a local dealer to get it fixed. Point is I would have to pay for it.

The one from October 2016? Depends on when you contacted us. If you contacted us in the first 21 days, we will take it back. After that, you would work with B&D for service. It had a 2 year warranty so if you went to an authorized service center, they shouldn’t have charged you for repair.

I own the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop (model 1543) and love it. So far it is a great machine. Sounds like B&D is shipping garbage, but my experience with Bissel products has been good. Especially the steam mop.
