Has anyone else had their blackstone 36in Omnivore grill marked as “undeliverable?” I ordered last Tuesday, got the email the next day it had shipped (the 15th) , then was marked undeliverable within 12 hours, marked as returning to seller on the 16th. Customer service (on inquiry) said it was still in transit as of Sunday the 19th. Not sure what is going on, but very clear its not in transit to my house. Help?

Well, that’s odd. Wonder if the person didn’t want to deliver it or if there was damage. I’ll ping CS so they can follow up with you.

Thank you TT! Got a note from CS a little while ago offering a refund or a replacement. I def want that grill! Thank you for your help! Shipping weight on this thing is over 100lbs, so I can see “not wanting to deliver” as being a potential culprit here
