So I ordered a blackstone grill that said it got delivered and “handed to person” this item was never delivered to my home i was home all day i reached out to customer service about this and they asked me to wait a few days no problem even though i seen it said delivered i waited then i messaged after a few days. They asked me to reach out to amazon logistics about helping to find it well amazon wont help because woot is a different company and they cant pull the order numbers supposedly. Now they stopped emailing me back to all my emails, i did dispute with my bank because i had no choice but who knows what will happen there. Fast forward 2 weeks later i bought a samsung s22 for my son today it was delivered i go check the mail and in the amazon box is a “smart device” box with no phone in it and you cannot tell me whoever packed the box didnt knoe there wasnt a phone cause you know the weight when a phone is in it compared to an empty box! Ive reached out to woot again but this is ridiculous on their website it says a forum may be the best eay to contact them so here i am because $150 for a blackstone i didnt get now $190 for an empty box thats not how you do business! I work my ass off for my money and amazon has always been a great company for if something goes wrong fixing it or returns. I get it things happen its a large corporation but if you dont have the customer service behind you and claim to be an amazon company that isnt good for amazon. I wonder how many others have similar happen to them! Do better woot! You could be a great site but this kind of stuff isnt helping you win. These are the delivery updates from first usps when it says it was “delivered to an individual” then they changed it a few days later to another shipping company and “left in a safe place” obviously it was never usps that even delivered it i want my money back for both of these purchases!
Hello. I’m sorry for the issues with the two orders. I left a note with customer service for tomorrow. A couple things:
Multiple emails will often get closed as duplicates.
When uploading a photo, make sure it’s 100% uploaded before you hit reply.
