Damaged package [RESOLVED]

Hello,

I have been trying to reach out to woot via support messages, but have had zero luck so I figured I’d try here.

I asked woot to contact me about an order that arrived damaged but they haven’t contact me yet. the “call us” feature doesn’t work and I have tried all possible numbers from the internet that could be registered with woot.

Does anyone here have any recommendations on how I get a hold of someone from woot?

How long has it been since you sent an email to customer service, through the Woot “stuff you bought” page? Just so you know, it can take a couple days (48 hours, during the business week) to get a response sometimes, so if it has been less than that, just be patient and give them a chance.

They are generally really helpful when stuff like this unfortunately happens :slight_smile:

UPDATE: Hi there. CS replied on 3/8 with some options. Make sure you check those junk/spam folders. If you can’t find it, reply back and give them another email address to use.

It was on Sunday. Monday and today Wednesday

No, they didn’t…I check every day emails aaaaannnnd my spam folder. Found nothing.

A quick question – are you sure you’re checking the right email address? It would be the one associated with your Woot account and not your Amazon account (if they’re different, that is).

I ask because you’d be surprised at how often people forget which email address they have associated with their accounts.

They do care or they wouldn’t have responded to begin with.

Reach out with a new email address for them to use as I suggested. :slight_smile:

I’m using the same email as Amazon. As of today I checked my emails with no luck.
I might have to move on and tell all my friends and fam that woot is just another scam with zero costumer service.

Doesn’t matter what email you’re using. If you’re not getting the emails, you need to try a different email address.

If you’re not willing to give us another email address to use, there’s nothing more we can do to help you.
