Woot customer service not responding [resolved]

After going on the woot customer service three times regarding receiving a damaged or defective good, I’ve heard nothing back not even a confirmation email saying they got my request. It always says we will get back to you in 24 hours, but no one has and it is almost the 30 day mark for no returns.

A couple of things to try – please check your spam/junk folder to make sure emails from Woot aren’t getting caught in there. It happens pretty often.

Also, make sure you’re checking the email address associated with your Woot account, not your Amazon account (if different). Again, this happens so it’s something to double-check.

If still no luck, contact them again and give them an alternate email address to use.
