I received a damaged item last week and have sent several emails, it’s been about 4 days since the 1st email, is something going on? On is there a deluge of activity and everyone is behind and customer service.
Please let me know how I rectify this when the return and email option gets me no reply.

They’ve got good customer service here, but sometimes things get misplaced.
Multiple emails may result in all of your emails being marked as duplicates. CS will respond in 24-48 hours to the email listed in your Woot account. If it’s different from your Amazon account you’ll want to check it and check the spam and junk folders. It’s the weekend but I’ll leave a message for staff so they can look into this for you when they’re available.

Make sure you check your spam/junk folders. If you don’t find them reach out again and ask them to respond to a different email address.
Thanks, it was in Spam, interestingly, I get every other email including delivery confirmation and daily advertisements, but I found it. Thank you so much for checking
I use Gmail, and it randomly puts Woot stuff into spam no matter what I do. Something similar is probably happening for you, too.

I guess I should have had more confidence in woot, never had an issue with them.
