Poor customer service [Resolved]

I received a defective product. I reached out to costumer service and did not receive any real help. No response in two days. What’s up? Is this place a scam?

Two things to troubleshoot – make sure you’re checking the email address associated with your Woot account and not your Amazon one if it’s different. Also, please check your spam folder to make it didn’t get filtered in there. That happens a lot and randomly even Woot newsletters get stuck there for me even though I’ve added the email to my address book.

Customer Service has also been backed up a bit after the event Woot held last week. It can take up to 48 hours and it’s now a weekend so that might cause a bit of a delay.

Woot definitely isn’t a scam. I’ve personally been a customer of theirs since 2007, and there are a lot of others who have been around for several years, as well. And Woot is owned by Amazon, which is obviously a major company.
