I have emailed customer support about a defective product I purchased 3 separate times with no response! Anyone have any other way to contact them?
It’s still the middle of the night and dark outside. It generally takes them a day or two. Sometimes they offer a call-back service that you’ll see on your order page when it is active.
Best just to sit tight, stay calm and endeavor to persevere.
Multiple emails about the same problem just clogs up the system but be assured they are the best around in finding resolutions.

Hi there. If it was from your order on 3/16, they answered you on 4/4. You’ve been refunded. Make sure you check spam & junk folders.
Also make sure your email address is up to date on your Woot account.
