Customer Service Question and Help

Hello fellow wooters, wootets, and woots in general,

Does anyone know how to determine the status of a customer service request? I know there is a delay with the holidays, but I recieved an email back over 72 hours later from my original email and then (which I assume to be the correct method) replied with photos of my issue that they requested. I havent seen anything back in around 48 hours since then (I checked my spam folder as well).

I am concerned because it has a 30-day warranty on it and I am travelling for the holidays. If a solution is not reached soon, I will not be able to send it back within that time frame since I will not be in the same state. Will they extend the return period since I already made a damaged product claim?

I just want to do the right thing and get a working product. Any help or advice is appreciated.

Hi there. CS will respond as soon as they can. You made your initial contact within the 30 days so you’re good. Also, returns for the holidays are extended to January 30, 2024. :slight_smile:
