Missing packages, NEED WOOT PHONE

Hello everyone,

Can somebody give me Woot’s phone number? One that actually works?

I ordered a few things that shows as delivered but they never were. Need to call them ASAP.

There is no direct number. The phone system works through the customer support page, if the button is active there’s someone available. If it’s inactive it’s best to use e-mail. They will respond to the email listed in your Woot account and it’ll take about 24 hours for a response. If you’ve already sent a message, it is best to wait for a reply. Multiple emails make a mess of their system.

I’ll tag @ThunderThighs too so she’s aware there’s an issue. But emailing CS is really the best way to go.

Side note, sometimes UPS delivers to your post office and they deliver it to your house. You might want to call them too.

I already called the post office and nothing, I’m worried and Woot does not answer properly.

Hi there. As @pepper114 noted, reach out to CS via the support form. Allow 24-48h for them to reply. It’s a very busy time of year.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Still no solution from Woot CS.

Still no solution. Woot does not wants to refund or send replacements for missing packages. I used a gift card credit card and they cannot refund to a plastic card that I dispose of weeks ago.
