Where did all the woot customer service people go?
In the past it was great, but I haven’t been able to get through (9 calls / 48 hours no email reply) for a package that says shipped, but >1 week late and tracking number says “no status”.
What happened???

They’re all still working hard answering queries, but they’re backlogged.
Shipping is slow for me too, from more than just Woot. It’s possible your package missed being scanned somewhere along the line.
I think email is the way to go right now but the response time is longer than usual. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

Thank you for the reply Pepper114… I don’t mind slow shipping. I’m worried that it’s no shipping 
“Sorry, we can’t find the status of your tracking number. Please verify your tracking number and try again.” despite being shipped on 11/30 with ETA 12/1.
Is there an email address for customer service? I’ll I’ve found is the web form, and the support phone number seems to have been scrubbed from the internet 888-283-1913 Tried calling >10 times. All I get is a disconnect.
Feels like a systemic breakdown across the company. I even tried calling Amazon and they basically said “sorry, gotta call woot.”
Are you tracking it from your order history?
I wonder if it’s a case of UPS dropped it off at USPS?

Hi there. The order shipped via Amazon Logistics? We’re gonna have to wait to see if they locate it.
CS phones are turned off while they catch up on contacts. Phone calls take 10x longer than answer an email. That phone number is not valid.
Please be patient.

I have two packages that I ordered from Amazon proper that are showing similar issues - they were supposed to be here a week ago and have invalid tracking numbers

Got an email this evening:
"Dear jt12321,
Hello there, Woot here with some bad news. It appears your order was lost in transit upon its arrival to the sort center. I have refunded your item in full and you should see this within 2-3 business days. If you have any remaining questions please let us know at support@woot.com

Happy they got back to me, but disappointed re: the jacket.
