Nobody is returning my emails and the woot customer service number plays a message and music and then disconnects me. I’ve tried on multiple phones so it’s not my device. Any idea on how I can speak to their customer service? The number I called is - +1 (888) 283-1913

Hi there. Sorry but our phones aren’t on at this time.
Make sure you give customer service 24-48h to respond. Their response will go to the email on your Woot account, not your Amazon login if used/different.
It’s been over 48 hours and why not play a message to let people know your phones are off rather than the annoying mother in law message which I’ve heard like 15 times already and then play music and then cut off the call? Thanks
A tv was supposed to be delivered today and I waited at the property and had scheduled someone to install the mount for the tv and no communication from Woot and no delivery - can you just cancel it so I can move on and buy one from Bets Buy?
We’re waiting on Amazon to ship it. I’m unable to cancel orders but I’ll let CS know you’re interested in canceling if possible.
What I’m interested in knowing is what my options are when it will arrive now ? If it’s going to be here tomorrow then that would be ok. If not then give my money back so I can buy another one

I called Amazon and spoke to a supervisor they said they can’t look anything up as it was ordered on woot - so what do you want me to do now ? How do I speak to a woot customer service agent ? Not answering calls or emails and I’m waiting for my TV to arrive and wasted my whole day waiting here
Amazon doesn’t have access to our order system.
As I said, I’ve let CS know that you wish to cancel as we have no way of knowing when it will ship. All we see is that they intend to fulfill the order but not when.
