NO ONE AT WOOT RETURNS MY MESSAGES !

I have sent 2 messages to Woot for a return and no one returns my messages, so VERY FRUSTRATING ! Does anyone have a direct phone # that I could call ?

You’ll have better luck with email. The phones don’t always work, plus this is Sunday. They usually take about 24 hours to respond to email but it could be longer. This is the weekend.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

I emailed Woot twice. (not amazon) I have a return and it stated I could start it myself, so I did that and it stated I would be sent labels to my email, that hasn’t happened either and I checked my spam. Do you have a phone # I can call ?

Did you check the email account registered in your woot account? That’s where the return info will be sent to. And CS typically takes at least 24 hours to respond, but sometimes longer. We can also ask @ThunderThighs nicely if she can check her crystal ball.

Sure, but they can still have different email addresses.

Make sure you check spam/junk folders. If you don’t find their replies, reach out to them again asking them to email you at a different email address.

PS: They sent return labels both times. The labels come from UPS email address so look for that.
