Blink XT Home Security - 2 Camera Kit

I have 4 of these Blinks, 3 XT2s and 1 regular one that came in a BOC.
I am pretty impressed with the battery life (must use the Lithiums). The XT2s I have installed outdoors, purchased exterior housings that work well. (link below). I even camo taped one of the housings and zip tied it to an oak tree above my mailbox, now no more stolen mail and I know when the mail is here. For wifi to reach this one, had to put one of the Sync units in the garage using the outlet for the garage door motor, this Sync module also controls the other driveway camera. My 2nd Sync module is toward the back of the house and controls the interior cam and the back door exterior XT2. I use a Ubiquiti AC Pro wifi mounted in the attic that comms to all cameras and Sync modules. Surprising that the mailbox camera and all its activity, I have only had to change the batteries once since July 2019.

I also ordered 2 of the blink camera sets they were shipped separately both came on different days same packaging 1 bubble wrapped camera in each box. I contacted customer service and was told I would be receiving 2 new sets. I received one of the supposed corrected sets yesterday except it was the same thing 1 bubble wrapped camera in a box. I emailed customer service again and was told I could keep the items I received and get a $10 credit per order or ship them back for a refund. I just want what I ordered. Very disappointed

Drat. Looks like we’re still having problems with this inventory. Write back to CS and ask if they’ll try another replacement. If not, reach out to me in private messages and I’ll see what I can do.

I received a box today with one camera in it. WTFO? And no mounting hardware. WTFO x 2?

Update:
I contacted CS, and yesterday I received the 2 camera kit that I ordered. I hope all of you will receive the same great customer service support I just got from Woot with this issue.
As disappointing as it was to receive the single camera in bubble wrap, I’m also glad to say Woot was quick to address the problem and fix it quickly. Good luck and hopefully your replacement is on the way too.

I received a single camera in the first shipment. Contacted CS and they emailed that the rest was on its way. Received a second shipment with another single camera. No sync module, no batteries, no mounting kit, nothing else that was listed in the specs. Can’t use the cameras w/o the sync module. Emailed CS again and will wait to see what happens.

Yes, got my second box today, same thing as before, one single camera, which does me no good without the module to hook them up to…

I’m so sorry. We moved over different inventory (different SKU) for the replacements but it seems that some of those had the same issue. We’re now out of inventory altogether.

Contact Woot support and they can help you with the return for refund.
