BodyBoss Home Gym 2.0

BodyBoss Home Gym 2.0

Everything but the base can be picked up at Amazon for less than $20, and YES even better quality :ok_hand:

Soooooooooo, do you really need the base :loud_sound:

I’m going with no and keep the foot holds. My foot has a less likely chance of coming off and flying up into my face should I take a step back.

(It’s all about the base song :musical_note: :notes: does not apply to this base but it does for the butt base)

I got this last time, and I’m not crazy about it. The resistance of the band changes very significantly as it stretches, going from “not much resistance” to “totally taught and it’s not stretching another inch no matter what” over a pretty short distance, making it impossible to get a full range of motion with the correct resistance for the exercise. The bigger the range of motion for the exercise is, the worse this problem becomes.

My opinion: get a set of superbands instead. More versitile and cheaper.

I got this off Amazon a while back and it still is going strong. I would and have recommended this to people for a good compact in home gym.

You’ll instantly want to buy more bands. The included set give you like 2lbs [sarcasm] but it’s really low.

Hi Woody!

Where do you get the foot holds? Can you please link? I see the handles to grab onto, but I don’t see or understand how you also “step” on it, like you would if you were using the BodyBoss.

Please help. Thanks!

It’s worth noting that even a medium sized giant is pretty big. That could be the problem. I mean, what are you, like 13’6"?
