I am having a communication breakdown with CS. The first one I ordered was lost / damaged and tossed or something by USPS. CS gave me a strange response about how I could keep the item, dispose or donate and that a replacement would be sent out. I let it go because at least I should get it. Well, the second one didn’t make it as far as the first one did, so I contacted CS again to see if they could look into it or something. I got a response that I can get a partial refund if I choose to keep the item and have it repaired, or send it back. I was very clear both times that I never received the item. Can these people read or do they just choose not to? What is going on with CS?
