I placed an order over a week ago and it still says that shipping is pending. When I contact support they tell me they will look into it and then never reply. I’m frustrated because I should have just paid an extra $30 for the item I wanted on Amazon. Is shipping normally this bad? It says delivery date is in 2 days from now but it hasn’t even shipped.
Actually I am currently experiencing this as well. On previous orders it definitely did not take this long.
My order is a shower head, is that what you ordered as well? Maybe it’s a vendor issue?
I ordered Green Gobbler drain cleaner weeks ago and it’s still pending shipment. Originally was supposed to deliver yesterday.

Things do seem to be a little screwed up with shipping. I’m sometimes getting notices that my item has shipped after I’ve already received it.

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.
Browser: Use the Woot! Customer Service form.
Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
