Got mine today. Sent an email to w00t! yesterday and got fed ex confirmation number… Box arrived OPEN!! how shitty. I hope to god above that all the pieces are there cause it looks like there are alot of ‘open’ spaces in the Styrofoam where pieces should be…

Same here… no item, no shipment notification… but they already charged my credit card… very nice. I am about to send woot an email.
Mine arrived yesterday, already opened, but everything is there as far as I can tell. I’m looking forward to trying it out but just haven’t had time yet. It’s pretty impressive looking and has a lot more blades than my old Cuisinart. I’m packing away the Cuisinart, but not getting rid of it (just in case).

These things suck. I bought 2 and both motors on them burnt out on the first use. Sent to manufacture about 8 weeks ago, and have yet to get a returned product. What a waste of 140 bucks.
Just want to say that its been three years and my processor is still running strong (knock on wood).
