Apart from including zero information about this machine (new? refurbished? etc?), you’re showing/listing a substantial offer - up to $400 towards Beanz.com - that expired a year ago and is not currently available. This entire listing is ridiculous, and, to top it off, it’s not much of a sale - a bit less than the list price, but this machine can often be found at this price or better. For those interested, Breville does make excellent consumer grade espresso machines - certainly not coffee shop level, but great for the kitchen counter. And, also, while not available anymore as suggested by this listing, Beanz.com (by Breville) is pretty decent (although I prefer the greater variety and control over the subscription with Mistobox).
I agree with what you’ve said. I have a similar model for about 18 months but at 6 months it had paid for itself. Purchased from Williams Sonoma with spiffs, using a coupon (it seems like these happen in the fall). I received it as a gift.
I never had a beanz subscription but I have a subscription to Happy Mug for some years. Nice, fresh beans to your door.
Side note—I’ve tried another Big Name machine but couldn’t get past the fact I was frothing with silicone tubing.
I like that Breville has a metal frother and that it’s less expensive than say Jura or Miele (the one I tried prior to my Breville purchase). Both Miele and Jura have a silicone frother last I checked.
I removed the photo.
