Like many others, this product was a complete mess.
A 73lb product shipped in a regular cardboard box with no packaging or protection.
Mine was damaged with a completely broken wheel.
It was not reconditioned.
It was USED and scratched up.
Others has spilled oil and broken tanks.

I did send an email. I assume this was a bot replying. For the record, your description literally says “like new”. It was USED and broken. It said they may have micro scratches at most, not totally broken and used parts.

Slickdeals is covered with people with beat up packages of oil and broken parts. This is the worse product I’ve ever ordered over my 10+ years.
I received mine in a flimsy box, with some missing parts, I’m going to reach out to the company today for replacements (just some screws and bolts). My pressure washer looked brand new I’m optomistic it will work when assembled.
Like others that recently purchased this “refurbished” pressure washer mine was shipped with multiple items broken (handle, filter cap), some sort of oil leaking, missing spray tips, and severely dented gas tank. I will be initiating a return/refund ASAP and would not recommend anyone purchasing anything like this from Woot.

Same problem here. Product is refurbished but description said:
“Fully functional product in Like New Condition.
Item may have very light micro-scratches”
Packaging was damaged. Tank was dented, rusted, missing parts, as others commented. Also, The box had oil spilled everywhere. I trust woot will respond to this issues.
Hello all. Sorry for the issues. Make sure you reach out to customer service as noted above.
I got my self a refurbished pressure washer from woot. The thing came in a box with no internal support. The box was ripped open and it was all smashed and scratched up. I took pics of the box and internal parts. The shipping was rough, but I blame woot for not properly packing it. The pressure nozzle is totally destroyed. I am not spending my money to re-ship this thing. The original box was destroyed. Will woot pay for the return?
Just replying again to say that Woot fully refunded the purchase, which was appreciated.
My pressure washer arrived Friday badly damaged and upside-down. The box is destroyed and soaked with oil. Pieces are missing and one wheel is completely torn off. There was no packaging inside of the box, it was just placed in the box and shipped. I emailed through Woot Friday, no response at all. I emailed again yesterday at 11:54am EST and still no response. Should I have received some communication by now since the site says 24hr response time?
It’s generally 24-48 hours, though can vary based on their queue. Additionally, multiple tickets in succession can put them at risk of being marked as duplicates, and closed as a result.

Thank you for your response. What should I do at the 72hr point (3:30pm EST) today? I understand 24-48 hour response but it has been longer than that already. Do you think I should wait longer and if so, how long do you suggest? I am just worried because I am not sure how to deal with this thing. I now have oil on my garage floor and I cannot lift the unit myself.
Mine came in Saturday, with many of the problems others are reporting: minimal padding, packed gas tank down, box falling apart, etc. It shows minor signs of use and has the crushed gas tank that seems to come standard with this purchase. I’m a little concerned about damage that I can’t see, because if it took a hit that could damage the gas tank like that, what else may have been damaged? Also, it’s missing the wand, so I can’t even try it out to see if it works. The Velcro strap to stow away the hose is also missing.
I sent a email to Woot. Hopefully I can get the missing parts and a new gas tank, or some money back to buy those parts myself.

Exact same. The box was totally destroyed and the delivery guy just put some parts on top of the box in my driveway, as the fell out of the box. I hope they fix this issue.
mine looks like it got ran over, wow what a waste of time and money to ship these all over only for them to have to refund and then pay to ship them back the trash
First off not the same model shown on woot listing. I received completely different model. With some accessories missing. The worst part was Mine was damaged in shipping. Horrible packaging on part of the vendor. Woot should re-think doing business with this vendor as woot soold alot of this item based on the sales stats and almost every sale will receive an complaints from customers like us. It was comical to see woots response about refurbished items as this has nothing to do with refurbished products and everything to do with an incompetent irresponsible vendor. Oh and who knows if this thing would even work mechanically as thats a whole different thing as well.
