I feel completely screwed. Bait and switch. Umbrella is nothing like description. Not as single piece of steel hardware, the whole thing is the thinnest aluminum and plastic. Umbrella is not auto tilt. They are so hard to open. Defenitately not a $480 retail → $100 on woot. A Walmart $40 umbrella is better than this one. To top it all off, one of three arrived broken.

How do I get better support. I returned all three and were received June 23. Support thinks the refund has been processed. It has for one of three, but the other two have not been processed. I am about to open a CC dispute as it is taking too long and in the first place it was fraudulent bait and switch sending a completely different umbrella than what was purchased.
