Do we know the actual interior volume of this? We have a unique circular air fryer that boasts 16 quarts of internal volume, curious how this one compares.
There is 12.6 quarts of internal volume.
OK, let’s get this out of the way: “Delivers up to 40% more heat!*” (the asterisk, on Amazon, says "compared to conventional heat elements)… is either a complete lie, or it breaks the laws of thermodynamics.
It’s a heating element. 100% of the energy it uses is converted into heat. Period. I don’t care if it’s quartz heating elements, traditional nichrome wire, or “AI-enhanced digital technology with BT connectivity!!!”. It’s 100%, no more, no less. It’s a heating element. The only changes possible in efficiency are (1) more even distribution (don’t stick your weenie in the coals, dummy!) and (2) better insulation to keep the heat near the food longer (notice how heating elements aren’t mentioned?).
(Technically, the glass doors allow some of the nergy to leave as “wasted” visible light. IRDC.)
STUPID MARKETING BS ASIDE, I was still interested in this until reading the detailed one-star review by Dave Richard, “Burnt Toast”.
