Cats sit on high perches looking down on his servants. I have seen cats get snotty because their food got compacted while they ate, and refuse to do anything until you went and stirred it up. Dogs don’t care. They’ll eat pretty much anything. Cats typically don’t care if you exist unless they need attention of some sort. Dogs get excited when you come home

I have both a dog and a cat and my cat actually gets excited when I get home. The dog bounces all over the place and the cat comes up to get pets. She didn’t used to do that but in the last few years it’s become a thing.
