Hi there. For security reasons, we can’t change addresses but email customer service and see if they have some options. Support@woot.com
PS: UPS Manager or whatever it’s called might let you route it to a ups store. Assuming it ships ups.
That is my hope.
i filled out customer service form, and hope to hear back BEFORE it ships.
Once I get shipping information, I will see if I can change then.

We have staff that work on the weekend so you should hear back. Check your spam folder periodically. It likes to gobble up our emails.
I have had two laptops recently delivered without a windows activation key.
I am unsure where the keys are being removed, but i need to talk to someone in support.
I have submitted 2 instances, and not heard back from anyone.
I don’t work for Woot but make sure the email address listed at Woot is the one you’re checking for replies and also check your spam folder. Those seem to be pretty common issues.
