Those are both model 15xv, you can tell by looking at the pictures. I’m not seeing any difference other than slightly different wording in the description. I bought the cheaper one 2 months ago from the mothership for $138 and it’s great. It is indeed a 15xv.
Edit - I concede to bdfoote1’s knowledge below. Even though Amazon has two listings, one labelled as “Pro”, they are clearly the same model. Unless the selling vendor or manufacturer want to chime in, I would go with bdfoote1’s comments.

Amazon $140.34 = 15XV (non-Pro, Edit - But actually the same thing?)
Amazon $179.99 = 15XV “Pro”
It appears the main difference is the Pro can handle 15 and 20 degree knives, whereas the “non-Pro” version only does 15-degree. - Edit - Again, as bdfoote1 states, what this actually means is this sharpener converts 20-degree blades to 15-degree.
They both “handle” 20 degree blades by converting them to 15 degrees. It’s the same model.

Don’t know about the price but I do know that my Chef’s Choice sharpener is still working great after more than 20 yrs. Just the ticket for your expensive cutlery.
