NOT organic and they still want over $15 for less than a pound. The whole seed will pass through your system without being digested and giving you any nutrients unless you grind them up before eating/drinking them.
This doesn’t seem like much of a deal. All the more so if you do the Costco thing.

I use a little electric coffee grinder to grind my flax. You can add it to about anything. I used to soak chia in a glass of water and then drink it down.
