That’s funny–I just had chia seeds for lunch. A tbsp of chia seeds on top of a whole grain bagel & light cream cheese will keep you full for hours. Love those lil things! Just make sure you check your teeth when you’re done eating. No, really, check your teeth. It’s gross.
Oh, and one ounce of the nut mixes = 150 calories? Great. How big is an ounce of snack mix? (Seriously, why couldn’t you do these measurements in imperial measures? I’d like to be able to take out a half-cup scoop and say “ok, this is 200 calories of snackies”.)

Ahhh, those are Imperial units. It appears you just don’t like mass and want dry volume.
Got a similar offering last time around that included the smoked sea salt from Gourmet Nut. Only salt that ever had me contemplating carrying it around in my purse. Yes, it was that good.

That’s a good idea. I have some that I haven’t been brave enough to try yet. Will have to give it a go!
This set is different, it has a Spanish rosemary infused salt and French Mediterranean salt. Qvc has a Alaea Hawaiian salt and a sonoma salt. Both sound like great deals though.
